She has written numerous cookbooks for various companies with a focus on quick and easy recipes. She has a sound knowledge of healthy cooking due to her degree in food and nutrition and bases her recipes using these principles.

As a mother of two young children, Mel knows how hard it can be to organise dinners. That’s why she has decided to do al the work for you by planning your weekday meals. Mel uses fresh ingredients in her recipes where possible to limit the exposure to artificial colours and preservatives and all
ofher recipes are no fuss and easy to follow.
